护理质量指标管理在急危重症患者护理中的应用效果观察

摘要	观察在急危重症患者护理中实行护理质量指标管理的具体应用效果。方法采用 2021 年 11 月 -2022 年 11 月我院收治的 111 例急危重症患者，将其中 56 例实行常规护理的患者列为对照组，另外 55 例实行护理质量指标管理的患者列为观察组，对两组临床并发症及不良反应发生情况进行比较，并对两组护理满意程度进行比较。结果观察组患者并发症及不良反应总发生率低于对照组，且护理总体满意度高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在急危重症患者护理中实行护理质量指标管理应用效果明确，降低急危重症患者临床并发症及不良反应的发生，提高护理满意程度，保障临床护理质量。
Abstract	Objective To observe the specific application effect of implementing nursing quality indicator management in the care of critically ill patients. Method 111 critically ill patients admitted to our hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were used. Among them, 56 patients who received routine nursing care were included in the control group, and 55 patients who received nursing quality index management were included in the observation group. The incidence of clinical complications and adverse reactions between the two groups was compared, and the degree of nursing satisfaction between the two groups was compared. Results The total incidence of complications and adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the overall satisfaction with nursing care was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of nursing quality index management in the nursing of critically ill patients has a clear effect, reduces the occurrence of clinical complications and adverse reactions in critically ill patients, improves nursing satisfaction, and ensures the quality of clinical nursing.
