心理护理对 ICU 重症患者护理质量的影响研究

摘要	目的探究 ICU 重症患者采取心理护理对其护理质量的影响。方法 84 例 ICU 重症患者取自 2021 年 2 月-2022 年 2 月期间，以随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组，其中前者行常规护理，后者在上述基础上行心理护理，每组 42 例。比较两组护理效果。结果焦虑、抑郁评分对比，护理后实验组显低（P＜0.05）。护理质量对比，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。护理满意度比较，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。结论 ICU 重症患者采取心理护理效果确切，可对患者的负面情绪予以消除，提升护理质量，为此患者较为满意。
Abstract	Objective To explore the impact of psychological care on the quality of care for critically ill patients in ICU. Method 84 ICU critically ill patients were selected from February 2021 to February 2022 and divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method. The former received routine care, while the latter received psychological care on the basis of the above, with 42 patients in each group. Compare the nursing effects between the two groups. Result Compared with anxiety and depression scores, the experimental group showed significantly lower scores after nursing (P<0.05). The comparison of nursing quality was significantly higher in the experimental group (P<0.05). Compared with the experimental group, nursing satisfaction was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological care is effective for critically ill patients in ICU, which can eliminate their negative emotions and improve the quality of care. Therefore, patients are more satisfied.
