对乙肝患者有效护理方法的分析及临床应用价值

摘要	乙肝患者经优质护理后效果。方法实验对象为从2021年3月开始，到2022年12月我院接收的乙肝病人，共96例，均在我我院治疗和护理，病人分组方式为随机数字表法分组实验，即两组（参照组和优质组），两组乙肝病人护理手段不同，参照组采用的护理手段为常规措施，优质组病人的护理手段为优质护理方式，在实验中相关指标进行分析，包括病人生活相关指标（生活质量评分）。结果在实验指标分析后，在生活质量分析上，由于冠心病对病人的生活质量影响较大，两组病人的生活质量在护理前评分较低，对比无差异，在护理后生活质量提升优质组更加明显（P<0.05）。结论对冠心病高血压患者采用优质护理后能够有效提高临床护理效果，临床护理中可以广泛的推广。
Abstract	Objective To evaluate the effect of high quality nursing care for hepatitis B patients. Methods The experimental subjects were 96 patients with hepatitis B received by our hospital from March 2021 to December 2022, all of whom were treated and nursed in our hospital. The grouping method of patients was randomized numerical table grouping experiment, that is, two groups (reference group and high-quality group). The nursing methods of the two groups of hepatitis B patients were different. The nursing means used in the reference group were routine measures, and the nursing means used in the high-quality group were high-quality nursing methods. Relevant indicators were analyzed in the experiment, including the patient-related indicators of life (quality of life score). Results After the analysis of experimental indicators, in the analysis of quality of life, due to the greater impact of coronary heart disease on the quality of life of patients, the quality of life of patients in the two groups was lower before nursing, and there was no difference between the two groups. The improvement of quality of life after nursing was more obvious in the high-quality group (P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing for patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension can effectively improve the clinical nursing effect and can be widely promoted in clinical nursing.
