Objective: To explore the clinical effect of applying integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in orthopedic pain nursing. Methods: In order to achieve the purpose of the experiment, 70 patients with orthopedic diseases were taken as the research objects. All of them were diagnosed as orthopedic diseases and met the criteria of the experimental group. After being enrolled, the patients were assigned to the control group and the observation group by a random number method. There are 35 cases in each group. The former uses conventional care, while the latter requires integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The pain scores and satisfaction levels of the two groups of patients were compared. Results: Before the nursing intervention, the pain scores of the two groups of patients were not statistically significant (P>0.05), but after the intervention of nursing measures, the pain scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Secondly, the number of patients in the observation group were very satisfied, generally satisfied, and dissatisfied were 20, 14, and 1 respectively. In contrast, the control group was 17, 12, and 6 patients. In contrast, the observation group was more satisfied with nursing care. High, (P<0.05). Conclusion: It is of higher application value to implement integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing for orthopedic patients with strong pain, which can significantly alleviate the pain of patients.
