脊柱损伤患者进行围术期护理干预的效果评价

摘要	分析围术期护理干预对脊柱损伤患者的影响效果。方法本次研究时间2019年12月-2022年12月，选取我院诊治的脊柱损伤患者62例为对象，均手术治疗，按照随机双盲方法分组，每组31例，对照组常规护理，观察组联合护理干预，对护理效果差异进行分析和对比。结果护理前两组患者的观察指标分数比较没有显著差异（P＞0.05）；护理后观察组汉密尔顿抑郁评分、汉密尔顿焦虑评分、焦虑自评分数、抑郁自评分数和对照组相比更低，观察组的躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能、社会功能分数和对照组比较更高，均（P＜0.05）。结论脊柱损伤患者在手术治疗中，护理干预发挥的优势比较明确，对患者的负面心理状态实现改善和调节，降低对正常生活的不良影响，发挥出相应的优势。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on patients with spinal injury. Methods The study was from December 2019 to December 2022. 62 patients with spinal injury treated in our hospital were selected, and all of them were treated according to the randomized double-blind method. 31 cases in each group, the control group received routine nursing, and the observation group combined nursing intervention. The difference of nursing effect was analyzed and compared. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing (P> 0.05); Hamilton depression score, Hamilton anxiety score, anxiety, depression self-scores were lower, and physical function, role function, emotional function, social function scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion In the surgical treatment of patients with spinal injuries, the advantages of nursing intervention are relatively clear, to improve and adjust the negative psychological state of patients, reduce the adverse impact on normal life, and give full play to the corresponding advantages.
