摘要	浅析接受椎体成形术治疗的老年胸腰椎骨折患者的临床护理要点。方法选取样本对象为60例需要接受椎体成形术治疗的高龄老年人胸腰椎骨折患者，按照抽签方式分为两组，对照组给予一般性护理，观察组给予均接受心理疏导、体位护理以及呼吸道护理等综合护理干预，分析干预前后患者疼痛程度、髋关节功能、手术时间以及住院治疗时间护理满意。结果护理干预后观察组患者的疼痛程度明显减轻、髋关节功能改善优于对照组；手术时间、住院时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组患者对于本次护理服务的护理满意度为100.00%，高于对照组的83.33%。结论椎体成形术治疗高龄老年人胸腰椎骨折时给予综合性护理干预能够减轻患者负担，改善患者髋关节功能，对于患者预后具有重要意义，值得推荐使用。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the main points of clinical nursing for elderly patients with thoracolumbar fracture treated by vertebroplasty. Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with thoracolumbar fracture who needed vertebroplasty were divided into two groups according to the drawing method. The control group received general nursing, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention such as psychological counseling, postural nursing and respiratory nursing. The degree of pain, hip function, operation time and hospitalization time were analyzed. Results After nursing intervention, the degree of pain in the observation group was significantly reduced and the function of hip joint was improved better than that in the control group. Operation time and hospital stay were shorter than control group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%, higher than that of the control group (83.33%). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture in elderly patients with vertebroplasty can reduce the burden of patients and improve the function of patients with hip joint, which is of great significance for the prognosis of patients and is worthy of recommendation.
