益肾健中汤治疗脾肾气虚兼血瘀型糖尿病肾病的临床研究进展

摘要	糖尿病肾病是糖尿病中晚期常见的一种难治性并发症，疾病出现后容易引起终末期肾病，加重患者负担。从中医角度分析，脾肾气虚兼血瘀型糖尿病肾病患者主要为气虚亏虚以及血瘀，应从益气活血方面开展治疗。近来年中医药研究人员基于以上理论使用益肾健中方对患者进行治疗并获得显著成效。本次从脾肾气虚兼血瘀型糖尿病肾病发病机制、临床研究进展等方面分析益肾健中汤治疗脾肾气虚兼血瘀型糖尿病肾病的状况，旨在为后续临床治疗提供参考。
Abstract	Diabetes nephropathy is a common refractory complication in the middle and late stages of diabetes, which is easy to cause end-stage nephropathy and increase the burden of patients. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, the patients with spleen and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis type diabetes nephropathy are mainly qi deficiency and blood stasis, and should be treated from the aspects of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine researchers have used Yishen Jianfang to treat patients based on the above theories and achieved significant results. This time, from the pathogenesis and clinical research progress of spleen and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis type diabetes nephropathy, we analyzed the status of Yishen Jianzhong Decoction in treating spleen and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis type diabetes nephropathy, in order to provide reference for subsequent clinical treatment.
