情志护理联合系统化康复训练对中风后遗症病人运动能力恢复的影响

摘要	探讨中风后遗症病人给予情志护理联合系统化康复训练对其运动能力恢复的影响。方法选取2020年3月至2021年4月本院收治的中风后遗症病人78例，随机分为观察组（情志护理+系统化康复训练）和对照组（常规护理）各39例，对比效果。结果观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组SES、康复指标评分及生活质量评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论情志护理与系统化康复训练联合对中风后遗症病人干预可有效改善其运动能力，加快康复，价值较高。
Abstract	Objective To explore the impact of emotional care and systematic rehabilitation training on the recovery of motor ability in patients with stroke sequelae. Methods 78 patients with stroke sequelae admitted from March 2020 to April 2021 were randomly divided into an observation group (emotional nursing+systematic rehabilitation training) and a control group (routine nursing), with 39 patients in each group. The effects were compared. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); The SES, rehabilitation index scores, and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of emotional nursing and systematic rehabilitation training can effectively improve the motor ability of stroke patients with sequelae, accelerate recovery, and have high value.
