延续心理护理干预对脑肿瘤患者的效果

摘要	探讨延续心理护理对脑肿瘤患者的护理效果。方法选择2022年1月到2023年1月收治的脑肿瘤患者90例作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=45例，实施常规护理）与实验组（n=45例，实施延续心理护理）。对比两组SAS焦虑评分、SDS抑郁评分、自我效能感（GSES）以及生活质量。结果实验组SAS焦虑评分、SDS抑郁评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；同时实验组GSES以及生活质量各项评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对脑肿瘤患者实施延续心理护理，能够有效改善患者治疗期间的不良情绪，提升患者自我效能感与生活质量。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the nursing effect of continuous psychological care on patients with brain tumors. Method: 90 brain tumor patients admitted from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group (n=45 cases, receiving routine care) and an experimental group (n=45 cases, receiving continuous psychological care) using a random number table method. Compare the SAS anxiety score, SDS depression score, self-efficacy (GSES), and quality of life between two groups. Result: The SAS anxiety score and SDS depression score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); At the same time, the GSES and quality of life scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Implementing continuous psychological care for patients with brain tumors can effectively improve their negative emotions during treatment, enhance their self-efficacy and quality of life.
