摘要	探讨DxR Nursing SELECT在ICU规培护士临床评判思维能力培养中的应用效果。方法将2022年2月-2022年8月期间我院ICU辖区60名规培护士随机分成两组，其中DxR组30人，在传统教学基础上采用DxR Nursing SELECT进行教学；对照组30人，采用传统教学模式进行教学。通过理论考核、临床实践技能、评判性思维能力等比较两组的教学效果，同时通过调查问卷形式对DxR Nursing SELECT应用效果进行评价。结果 DxR组规培护士的理论考核、临床实践技能、评判性思维能力得分均高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P < 0.05），且DxR组中≥90%的学生认为DxR训练系统设计具有创新性，反思训练问题设计合理，对此软件的接受度高。结论 DxR Nursing SELECT在规培护士教学中的应用能有效提高评判性思维能力及临床实践能力，同时增加规培护士的学习兴趣，为提升护士的规范化教学提供改进策略及实施方案。
Abstract	Objective: The purpose of the study is to explore the application effect of DxR Nursing SELECT in developing critical thinking skills of ICU resident nurses. Methods: Between February 2022 and August 2022, 60 resident nurses in our hospitals ICU were randomly divided into two groups. The DxR group (30 participants) received teaching using DxR Nursing SELECT in addition to traditional teaching methods, while the control group (30 participants) received traditional teaching only. The teaching effects were compared between the two groups based on theoretical assessments, clinical practice skills, and critical thinking abilities. Additionally, the application effect of DxR Nursing SELECT was evaluated through a survey questionnaire. Results: The DxR group of resident nurses achieved higher scores in theoretical assessments, clinical practice skills, and critical thinking abilities compared to the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Moreover, more than 90% of the students in the DxR group considered the design of the DxR training system innovative and found the reflective training problem design reasonable, indicating a high acceptance of the software. Conclusion: The application of DxR Nursing SELECT in the teaching of resident nurses can effectively improve critical thinking abilities and clinical practice skills. It also enhances the learning interest of resident nurses, providing improvement strategies and implementation plans for enhancing standardized nursing education.
