持续质量改进在风湿免疫科护理安全中的应用及效果

摘要	探析持续质量改进在风湿免疫科护理安全中的应用及效果。方法 2022年6月~2023年6月，在我院风湿免疫科就诊的患者中选取124例，随机分组，对照组62例+常规护理，观察组62例+常规护理+持续质量改进，分析组间应用效果。结果观察组发生不良事件的几率较对照组低，护理质量评分均较对照组更优，且满意度较对照组高（P<0.05）。结论将持续质量改进开展在风湿免疫科取得了确切效果，利于发生不良事件的几率减少，提高护理质量，满意度提升，可推行。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the application and effectiveness of continuous quality improvement in the safety of nursing care in the Rheumatology and Immunology department. Method: From June 2022 to June 2023, 124 patients were selected from the Rheumatology and Immunology Department of our hospital and randomly divided into a control group of 62 cases with routine care and an observation group of 62 cases with routine care and continuous quality improvement. The application effects between the groups were analyzed. Result: The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing quality score was better than that in the control group, with higher satisfaction (P<0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of continuous quality improvement in the Rheumatology and Immunology Department has achieved definite results, which is conducive to reducing the probability of adverse events, improving nursing quality, and increasing satisfaction. It can be implemented.
