循证护理干预在原发性三叉神经痛患者中的应用价值

摘要	探讨循证护理干预在原发性三叉神经痛患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年12月至2019年12月在本院就诊的原发性三叉神经痛患者60例，随机分组，即对照组、观察组，均30例，对照组常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上增加循证护理干预。比较两组VAS评分、SDS评分、生活质量。结果护理前，两组VAS评分、SDS评分比较，P>0.05，护理后，观察组VAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组，P<0.05；观察组生活质量评分高于对照组，P<0.05。结论循证护理干预可有效减轻原发性三叉神经痛患者疼痛，缓解患者抑郁情绪，改善生活质量，值得推广。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia. Method: Sixty patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia who visited our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, each consisting of 30 patients. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received evidence-based nursing interventions in addition to the control group. Compare the VAS score, SDS score, and quality of life between two groups. Before nursing, the VAS score and SDS score of the two groups were compared, P>0.05. After nursing, the VAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, P<0.05; The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: Evidence based nursing intervention can effectively alleviate pain, alleviate depression, and improve quality of life in patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia, which is worth promoting.
