中医辨证护理联合健康教育对哺乳期急性乳腺炎妇女疾病认知，不良情绪及并发症的影响

| 摘要 |
研究在哺乳期急性乳腺炎妇女护理中应用中医辨证护理和健康教育护理方式起到的临床效果。方法 选取2021年11月至2022年11月期间本院收治的82例哺乳期急性乳腺炎妇女为观察对象，对这82例妇女进行对比试验，实验前采用奇偶数法将82例患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者应用常规护理干预方式，观察组患者应用中医辨证联合健康教育护理方式，通过对两组患者疾病认知程度、不良情绪以及并发症等对比来了解不同护理方式起到的护理效果。结果 综合多项研究表明，应用中医辨证护理联合健康教育护理方式的观察组患者疾病认知程度高于对照组，不良情绪评分以及并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在哺乳期急性乳腺炎妇女护理中应用中医辨证联合健康教育护理方式能够根据患者身体情况给予其针对性和科学性的护理，以此能从有效护理中实现患者身体的有效改善，并在改善疾病的同时降低并发症发生率。

| Abstract |
Objective: To study the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing and health education nursing in nursing nursing of lactating women with acute mastitis. Method: Eighty-two cases of lactation acute mastitis admitted to our hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as observation objects. A comparative experiment was conducted on these 82 cases. Before the experiment, the 82 cases were divided into control group and observation group by the odd and even method. Observation group of patients using TCM syndrome differentiation combined with health education nursing, through the two groups of patients disease cognition degree, adverse mood and complications, to understand the nursing effect of different nursing methods. Results: Multiple studies showed that the disease cognition degree of patients in the observation group applying TCM syndrome differentiation nursing combined with health education nursing was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of adverse mood score and complications was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of TCM syndrome differentiation combined with health education nursing method in nursing nursing of lactating women with acute mastitis can give targeted and scientific nursing according to the patients physical condition, so as to achieve effective improvement of the patients body from effective nursing, and reduce the incidence of complications while improving the disease.
