优质护理服务在健康体检中心的应用实践及有效性

摘要	分析优质护理服务在健康体检中心的应用实践及有效性。方法对2018年10月至2020年10月在我院接受体检的120例体检者进行研究，将两组患者分为参照组和观察组，参照组60例，观察组60例。参照组进行常规护理，观察组患者进行优质护理。对两组患者的护理满意度进行对比。结果观察组患者在接受了优质护理后，护理满意度与参照组相比较高，差距有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。观察组进行优质护理后生活质量比参照组高，两组患者组间对比，其差距具有统计学意义，（P<0.05）。结论优质护理的开展不仅能够提高体检者的临床满意度，还能够帮助患者提高生活质量，对于病情的恢复具有积极的临床意义。
Abstract	Objective: To analyze the application practice and effectiveness of high quality nursing service in health examination center. Methods: 120 cases of physical examination in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were studied, and the two groups of patients were divided into the reference group and the observation group, 60 cases in the reference group and 60 cases in the observation group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received high-quality nursing. The nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: after receiving high-quality nursing, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: the development of high-quality nursing can not only improve the clinical satisfaction of physical examination, but also help patients improve the quality of life, which has positive clinical significance for the recovery of the disease.
