Objective To explore the application effect of systematic nursing in the clinical care of patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the intensive care unit. Method 80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the intensive care unit from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (n=40 cases, receiving routine care) and an experimental group (n=40 cases, receiving systematic care) using a random number table method. Compare the neurological deficits, hospital stay, and quality of life between the two groups. Result The hospitalization time of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); At the same time, the quality of life and neurological deficit function scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing systematic nursing care for patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the intensive care unit can effectively improve their clinical symptoms, promote the recovery of neurological function, and improve their quality of life.
