中长导管在老年心力衰竭患者中的应用

摘要	经外周静脉穿刺中长导管，为心力衰竭患者提供输液治疗。方法在最大无菌化原则下，经心力衰竭患者的贵要静脉穿刺，导管前端位于患者锁骨下静脉，无菌敷料贴敷，7天给予导管维护一次，有异常随时给予换药，过程中观察有无并发症，及时给予处理。结果 60例患者中，留置时间：2-28天，其中穿刺点出血2例，意外拔管2例，结论中长导管具有留置时间长，有效地保护血管，可以在心力衰竭患者中应用。
Abstract	Objective: To provide infusion therapy for patients with heart failure through peripheral venipuncture of medium length catheter. Methods: under the principle of maximum bacterialization, the catheter was placed in the patients subclavian vein at the front of the catheter, and sterile dressing was applied. The catheter was maintained once every 7 days, and the dressing was changed at any time if there was any abnormality. Results: among the 60 patients, the indwelling time was 2-28 days, including 2 cases of puncture site bleeding and 2 cases of accidental extubation.
