精细化护理在宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术患者中的效果

摘要	分析探究对接受在宫腔镜下行子宫内膜息肉电切术患者应用精细化护理的医学效果。方法选择 2021 年 3 月-2023 年 5 月为研究时段，择取该时段内在我院接受了子宫内膜息肉电切术的患者 66 例，按照护理方式的不同划分 33 例为对照组接受常规护理，33 例为观察组接受精细化护理。对比两组患者的手术指标、术后并发症、抑郁焦虑等心理情绪情况。结果观察组的患者在手术指标以及术后并发症和心理情绪等对比上，明显较对照组优，差异对比均有统计学意义，P﹤0.05。结论精细化护理可缩短子宫内膜息肉电切术的手术时间，减少并发症的发生概率，同时稳定患者的情绪，利于治疗和护理正常开展。
Abstract	Objective nalyze and explore the medical effects of intensive nursing care for patients undergoing hysteroscopic endometrial polyp resection. Methods a total of 66 patients who underwent endometrial polyp 2021 from March to May in our hospital were enrolled in the study. The study period was from March to 2023, according to the different ways of nursing, 33 cases were divided into control group receiving routine nursing and 33 cases in observation group receiving intensive nursing. The operation indexes, postoperative complications, depression and anxiety were compared between the two groups. Results compared with the control group, the patients in the observation group were better in the operation indexes, postoperative complications and psychological emotions, the difference was significant (p<0.05) . Conclusion fine nursing can shorten the operation time of endometrial polyp, reduce the probability of complications, stabilize the patients emotion, and benefit the normal development of treatment and nursing.
