Objective To explore the effectiveness of adopting the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in patients undergoing laparoscopic adrenal tumor resection during the perioperative period. Method: 64 patients who underwent laparoscopic adrenalectomy for adrenal tumors were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method from February 2021 to February 2022. The former received routine care, while the latter received rapid rehabilitation surgical concept care, with 32 patients in each group. Compare the nursing effects between the two groups. Result: All observation indicators were relatively visible, and the experimental group showed significant improvement (P<0.05). The incidence of complications was significantly lower in the experimental group (P<0.05). Compared with the experimental group, nursing satisfaction was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion: The nursing effect of adopting the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery during the perioperative period for patients undergoing laparoscopic adrenal tumor resection is satisfactory, which can improve the patients various observation indicators, reduce the occurrence of complications, and enhance patient satisfaction.
