预见性护理与常规护理应用于 ICU 重症患者护理中的临床效果分析

摘要	分析预见性护理和常规护理在 ICU 重症患者护理中的效果。方法在本院 2022 年 1 月-2023 年 1 月期间收治的 ICU 重症患者中抽取 90 例患者为此次研究对象，采用数字随机法分为对照组和观察组，每组各 45 例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组则再给予预见性护理。分析比较两组疗效情况。结果观察组 6.67%并发症率相较于对照组 26.67%更低，组间数据具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）；比较两组护理满意度，观察组相较于对照组更高，数据具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论在 ICU 重症患者护理中给予预见性护理，效果理想，可有效减少并发症，提高满意度。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effectiveness of predictive care and routine care in the care of critically ill patients in the ICU. Method: 90 ICU critically ill patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using numerical randomization, with 45 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received predictive care. Analyze and compare the efficacy of the two groups. Result: The complication rate of 6.67% in the observation group was lower than that of 26.67% in the control group, and the inter group data showed statistical significance (p<0.05); Comparing the nursing satisfaction of the two groups, the observation group showed higher levels compared to the control group, and the data showed statistical significance (p<0.05). Conclusion Providing predictive care in the care of critically ill patients in the ICU has an ideal effect, can effectively reduce complications, and improve satisfaction.
