| 摘要 |
分析对糖尿病患者实施健康教育的临床价值。方法 于内分泌科中选取70例被确诊为糖尿病的患者作为研究对象，经临床诊断患者符合实验入组标准，为达成实验目的，将患者分配为使用不同干预方法的对照组和观察组，前者使用常规护理，后者则需在常规护理基础上加强健康教育，每组35例患者，对比其临床效果。结果 观察组中2例患者依从性较差，对照组7例依从性较差，依从率分别为94.28%、80%，观察组依从率明显更高，（P＜0.05）。其次，观察组患者对护理工作中的健康宣教、护理技巧、行为支持等方面的满意度评分显著高于对照组，两组数据间存在统计学意义，（P＜0.05）。结论 通过对糖尿病患者加强健康教育能够进一步让其认识到糖尿病的健康知识，提高治疗依从性。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the clinical value of health education for patients with diabetes. Methods: Seventy patients diagnosed with diabetes were selected from the Department of Endocrinology as the research objects. The clinically diagnosed patients met the experimental entry criteria. In order to achieve the experimental purpose, the patients were assigned to the control group and the observation group using different intervention methods, the former Using conventional nursing, the latter needs to strengthen health education on the basis of conventional nursing, and compare its clinical effects with 35 patients in each group. Results: Two patients in the observation group had poor compliance, and 7 patients in the control group had poor compliance. The compliance rates were 94.28% and 80%, respectively. The compliance rate in the observation group was significantly higher (P<0.05). Secondly, the satisfaction scores of patients in the observation group on health education, nursing skills, and behavior support in nursing work were significantly higher than those in the control group, and there was statistical significance between the two groups of data (P<0.05). Conclusion: Strengthening health education for diabetic patients can further enable them to recognize diabetes health knowledge and improve treatment compliance.
