Objective To explore the nursing care of patients with pelvic fractures who are treated with ear point burying beans and acupoint massage to prevent constipation. Methods From January 2021 to December 2022, 80 patients with pelvic fractures in our hospital were divided into two groups by drawing lots. The control group was given routine nursing care, while the experimental group was given ear point burying beans combined with acupoint massage to prevent constipation. Compare the SAS score of anxiety and SDS score of depression, quality of life, satisfaction, exhaust gas, defecation time, hospital stay, and constipation incidence between the two groups before and after nursing. Results The SAS score of anxiety and SDS score of depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the quality of life was higher than that in the control group, and the satisfaction degree was higher than that in the control group. The exhaust gas, defecation time, and hospitalization time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, and the incidence of constipation was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing effect of embedding beans at ear points combined with acupoint massage for preventing constipation in patients with pelvic fractures is accurate.
