集束化护理干预在帕金森病性痴呆患者中的护理效果及对预后的影响分析

摘要	分析帕金森病性痴呆患者中施行集束化护理干预的效果。方法抽取2022年2月-2023年2月期间，我院收治的64例帕金森病性痴呆患者为本次研究对象。采取随机数字表法分为两组，即为实验组、参考组，其中参考组给予常规护理，实验组给予集束化护理干预。每组各有32例。评价2组护理效果。结果两组护理有效率比较，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。两组深静脉血栓发生率比较，实验组显低（P＜0.05）。两组住院时间、下床时间比较，实验组显短（P＜0.05）。结论帕金森病性痴呆患者中施行集束化护理能够提升患者的护理效果，减少深静脉血栓发生，缩短其住院时间及下床时间。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of cluster nursing intervention in patients with Parkinsons disease dementia. Methods A total of 64 patients with Parkinsons disease dementia admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the subjects of this study. Using a random number table method, they were divided into two groups, namely, the experimental group and the reference group. The reference group was given routine nursing care, and the experimental group was given cluster nursing intervention. There are 32 cases in each group. Evaluate the nursing effect of the two groups. Results Compared with the two groups, the nursing effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher (P<0.05). The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the experimental group was significantly lower compared to the two groups (P<0.05). Compared with the two groups, the hospitalization time and the time to get out of bed in the experimental group were significantly shorter (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of cluster nursing in patients with Parkinsons disease dementia can improve the nursing effectiveness of patients, reduce the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis, and shorten their hospital stay and bedtime.
