Objective To explore the application effect of diclofenac sodium embolization anal intervention in comfortable care after cesarean section. Methods 100 cesarean section women admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into a control group (50 cases, receiving comfort nursing intervention) and an observation group (50 cases, adding diclofenac sodium for anal embolization intervention on the basis of comfort nursing). Compare the pain score, vital signs, 24-hour lactation frequency, and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after intervention. Results The pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the vital signs of the observation group were better than that of the control group. The observation group had more lactation times within 24 hours than the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance (p<0.05). Conclusion Adding diclofenac sodium for anal embolization intervention in comfortable care after cesarean section has a significant effect, reducing the pain level of postpartum women, improving their vital signs, increasing their lactation frequency, and effectively reducing the incidence of adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
