摘要	探讨集束化护理在老年骨科手术患者骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓预防中的价值。方法将我院2022年1月-2022年12月 80例老年骨科手术患者，抽签法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施集束化护理。比较两组护理前后不良情绪、满意度、住院时间、下肢深静脉血栓发生率。结果实验组不良情绪低于对照组，满意度高于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，下肢深静脉血栓发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论老年骨科手术患者实施集束化护理效果确切，可有效预防下肢深静脉血栓。
Abstract	Objective To explore the value of cluster nursing in the prevention of lower limb deep vein thrombosis after orthopedic surgery in elderly patients. Methods 80 elderly orthopedic surgery patients in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were divided into two groups by drawing lots. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received cluster care. The bad mood, satisfaction, length of stay, and incidence of deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results The bad mood of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, the length of hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group, and the incidence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of cluster nursing for elderly orthopaedic patients is accurate, and it can effectively prevent lower limb deep vein thrombosis.
