基于AIDET沟通模式的护理在急性白血病化疗护理中的应用

摘要	为有效改善急性白血病化疗患者的负性情绪，提高患者舒适度，减少并发症的发生，对基于AIDET沟通模式的护理效果作进一步探究，为临床提供参考依据。方法以2021年1月-2023年1月为研究时间，并择取期间内在我院诊治的急性白血病化疗患者中的235例作为临床研究目标，依照治疗时间顺序分组，常规护理的对照组（117例）、基于AIDET沟通模式护理的观察组（118例），对比临床护理效果（SAS评分、SDS评分、GCQ评分、并发症发生率、护理满意度展开数据研究）。结果观察组患者SAS评分、SDS评分、GCQ评分、并发症发生率、护理满意度明显优于对照组，数据差异明显，P＜0.05，存在对比意义。结论分析表明，基于AIDET沟通模式的护理对急性白血病化疗患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪有显著改善作用，有效提高患者舒适度及护理满意度，护理效果显著，应用价值良好，对此护理方案建议大力推广应用。
Abstract	Objective To effectively improve the negative emotion of patients with acute leukemia undergoing chemotherapy, improve the comfort of patients, and reduce the occurrence of complications, further explore the nursing effect based on AIDET communication mode, and provide a reference basis for clinical practice. Methods From January 2021 to January 2023, 235 patients with acute leukemia treated by chemotherapy in our hospital were selected as clinical research targets, and were divided into two groups according to the treatment time sequence: the control group of routine nursing (117 cases) and the observation group of nursing based on AIDET communication mode (118 cases), Compare the clinical nursing effect (SAS score, SDS score, GCQ score, complication rate and nursing satisfaction). Results The SAS score, SDS score, GCQ score, complication rate and nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The analysis shows that the nursing based on AIDET communication mode can significantly improve the anxiety and depression of patients with acute leukemia undergoing chemotherapy, effectively improve the comfort and nursing satisfaction of patients, with significant nursing effect and good application value. It is recommended to vigorously promote the application of this nursing scheme.
