| 摘要 |
分析慢性鼻窦炎患者治疗中采用中医体质辨证护理的影响。方法 选取2022年6月至2023年6月本院收治的慢性鼻窦炎患者90例进行分析，均依据平分原则分入中医体质辨证护理和常规护理的研究组、参照组，各45例，分析护理结果。结果 研究组护理后情绪状态、症状改善和免疫功能均优于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 采用中医体质辨证护理进行能够改善慢性鼻窦炎患者的心理状态和症状，促进免疫功能提升。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the influence of TCM constitution syndrome differentiation nursing in the treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis. Methods 90 patients with chronic sinusitis admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected for analysis, and all were divided into the study group and reference group of TCM constitution syndrome differentiation nursing and routine nursing according to the principle of equalization, 45 cases each, and the nursing results were analyzed. Results The improvement of emotional state, symptoms and immune function in the study group were better than those in the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of TCM constitution syndrome differentiation nursing can improve the mental state and symptoms of chronic sinusitis patients and promote the improvement of immune function.
