Objective To explore the effect value of TCM nursing in sudden deafness. Methods A total of 136 patients were selected for comparative experiment, and the diagnosis was in line with the symptoms of sudden deafness. They were grouped according to the difference of nursing mode by lottery method, and 68 patients were respectively in the control group using conventional nursing and the observation group implementing traditional Chinese medicine nursing. The actual application effect of the two groups was deeply compared. Results According to the study, the clinical effect of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). At the same time, there was no difference in psychological state and sleep treatment scores between the two groups before nursing (P > 0.05), but the scores of SAS, SDS and PSQI in the observation group after nursing intervention were better than those in the control group and before nursing (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the satisfaction rate of nursing work in observation group was higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion For patients with sudden deafness, Chinese medicine nursing can not only effectively reduce the negative emotions of patients, but also effectively improve their sleep quality, and the treatment effect is better, compared with the conventional group, patients have higher satisfaction with nursing work.
