单味中药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变效果探讨

摘要	探讨糖尿病周围神经病变中使用单味中药治疗的效果。方法选取样本对象为60例确诊为糖尿病周围神经病变的患者，根据数据数据原则分为对照组及观察组，对照组接受甲钴胺等西药治疗，观察组则加入了重黄芪单味中药饮片进行治疗，对比两组临床疗效、运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度。结果观察组的总有效率为93.33%，高于对照组的76.66%；观察组的运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度由于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论糖尿病周围神经病变治疗中使用单味中药治疗方式一定程度上可以提升临床疗效，临床可根据患者情况参考使用。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of single Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropathy. Methods 60 patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy were selected as the sample subjects, and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the data principle. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 76.66% of the control group; The motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropathy, the use of single Chinese medicine can improve the clinical efficacy to a certain extent, which can be used according to the patients situation.
