摘要
探讨神经内科病房实施优质护理服务管理应用效果。方法 2022年1月到2022年6月在本院神经内科提供常规护理。2022年7月到2022年12月在本院神经内科病房实施优质护理服务管理,将患者分为对照组和观察组。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对患者的心理状态进行评估。通过调查问卷对两组患者护理质量满意度进行评估。结果 观察组干预后的焦虑、抑郁的程度,比对照组有明显的低分,实施优质护理服务管理时期的观察组患者总体满意率为96.00%,高于对照组80.00%,以上数据差异明显(P<0.05)。结果 进一步完善神经内科优质护理服务管理,将为患者带来更好的医疗体验和疾病预后。
Abstract
Objective: To explore the application effect of implementing high-quality nursing service management in neurology wards. Method: Routine care was provided in the neurology department of our hospital from January 2022 to June 2022. From July 2022 to December 2022, high-quality nursing service management was implemented in the neurology ward of our hospital, and patients were divided into a control group and an observation group. The psychological status of patients was evaluated using the Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and the Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS). Evaluate the satisfaction of two groups of patients with nursing quality through a survey questionnaire. The degree of anxiety and depression in the observation group after intervention was significantly lower than that in the control group. The overall satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group during the period of implementing high-quality nursing service management was 96.00%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group. There was a significant difference in the above data (P<0.05). The further improvement of high-quality nursing service management in the neurology department will bring better medical experience and disease prognosis to patients.
