老年髋部骨折患者护理干预措施及应用效果

摘要	分析对老年髋部骨折患者实施护理干预的具体措施及应用效果。方法选择2022年1月-2023年1月收治的老年髋部骨折69例患者进行研究，将不实行护理干预的35例患者作为对照组，实行护理干预的34例患者作为实验组，对比两组患者恢复情况（骨折愈合时间、骨折线消失时间、住院时间），对两组预后生活质量（生理、心理、社会功能）、疾病认知（健康、饮食、康复、自我防护）进行评分比较。结果实验组患者预后恢复情况明显优于对照组，其生活质量评分及疾病认知评分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对老年髋部骨折患者实行有效的护理干预措施能够促进患者康复，对于预后生活质量有明确的提升作用，提高患者疾病认知，应用效果较为显著。
Abstract	Objective: To analyze the specific measures and application effects of nursing intervention for elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods: select elderly hip fracture patients admitted from January 2022-January 2023,35 patients without nursing intervention as a control group, 34 patients with nursing intervention as the two groups of patients (fracture healing time, fracture line disappearance time, hospital time), the quality of life (physiological, psychological, social function), disease cognition (health, diet, rehabilitation, self-protection). Results: The prognosis recovery of patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group, and their quality of life score and disease cognition score were higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Effective nursing intervention measures for elderly hip fracture patients can promote their rehabilitation, improve the prognosis quality of life, improve the disease cognition of patients, and the application effect is relatively significant.
