This paper provides a review and analysis of arthroscopic surgery for ankle joint fractures, explores potential problems encountered during surgery, common postoperative problems, and complications, and proposes strategies to address these issues. Firstly, the epidemiological characteristics and classification of ankle fractures were introduced, as well as the principles and techniques of arthroscopic surgery. Analyzed the common problems and difficulties that may be encountered during surgery, as well as their impact on surgical results and patient recovery. Summarized the potential postoperative complications and adverse effects, and analyzed the impact of these issues on patients rehabilitation and quality of life. The importance and necessity of early nursing intervention in the rehabilitation of fracture patients were emphasized, and the content and methods of early nursing intervention measures, as well as the effectiveness and impact of solving postoperative problems, were analyzed. Intervention measures and treatment methods for postoperative complications were proposed, and the effectiveness and feasibility of these strategies were discussed. By analyzing the implementation and effectiveness evaluation of early nursing intervention measures, the role of early nursing intervention in solving surgical related problems and complications was explored. Finally, the main findings and conclusions of this study were summarized, and the future research directions and application prospects were prospected.
