Objective To analyze the enteral nutritional value of blind insertion of nasointestinal tube by intragastric injection in lateral position. Methods To study and analyze the application effect of blind insertion of naso-intestinal tube by internal air injection in lateral position in the treatment of patients who need enteral nutrition. 100 patients who received enteral nutrition in our hospital were taken as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into two groups by computer. Different general nutritional interventions were applied, that is, direct bedside naso-intestinal tube placement and lateral position intragastric gas injection blind insertion of naso-intestinal tube, and the final nutritional value was compared. Results After comparison, it was found that the nursing results between the observation group and the control group were significantly different, and the treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Blind insertion of naso-intestinal tube by intragastric gas injection in lateral position has very high nutritional value for patients undergoing enteral nutrition, and can promote faster recovery of patients.
