摘要	探讨心理弹性发展模型下的护理模式对乳腺癌患者病耻感及自我效能的影响。方法将我院2021年1月-2022年12月80例乳腺癌患者，抽签法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施心理弹性发展模型下的护理模式。用社会影响量表SIS评估2组干预前/后病耻感、用一般自我效能感量表GSES评估患者自我效能，护理满意度。结果实验组社会影响量表SIS评分低于对照组，用一般自我效能感量表GSES评分高于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组， P＜0.05。结论乳腺癌患者实施心理弹性发展模型下的护理模式效果确切，可减轻患者病耻感及提高患者的自我效能。
Abstract	Objective To explore the influence of nursing mode under the development model of resilience on the sense of shame and self-efficacy of breast cancer patients. Methods 80 patients with breast cancer in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were divided into two groups by drawing lots. The control group was given routine nursing care, while the experimental group was given a nursing model based on the psychological resilience development model. The social impact scale SIS was used to assess the stigma of the two groups before and after intervention, and the general self-efficacy scale GSES was used to assess patients self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction. Results The SIS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the GSES score of the general self-efficacy scale was higher than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of nursing mode under the development model of psychological flexibility for breast cancer patients is accurate, which can reduce the patients sense of shame and improve the patients self-efficacy.
