摘要	探讨早期康复护理干预在神经外科重症患者临床护理中的应用价值。方法将我院2021年1月-2022年12月80例神经外科重症患者，抽签法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施早期康复护理干预。比较两组护理前后神经功能缺损评分、生存质量评分、生活活动自理能力评分、满意度。结果实验组神经功能缺损评分低于对照组，生存质量评分、生活活动自理能力评分高于对照组，满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论神经外科重症患者实施早期康复护理干预效果确切，可有效减轻患者神经损害，改善其生存质量、生活活动自理能力，提高患者的满意度。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application value of early rehabilitation nursing intervention in clinical nursing of severe neurosurgical patients. Methods From January 2021 to December 2022, 80 patients with severe neurosurgical diseases in our hospital were divided into two groups by drawing lots. The control group was given routine nursing, while the experimental group was given early rehabilitation nursing intervention. Compare the neurological deficit score, quality of life score, self care ability score, and satisfaction before and after nursing between the two groups. Results The score of neurological impairment in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, while the scores of quality of life and self care ability in activities of life were higher than those in the control group. The satisfaction degree was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing intervention for severe neurosurgical patients has a definite effect, which can effectively alleviate neurological damage, improve their quality of life, self care ability in activities of life, and improve patient satisfaction.
