摘要	探讨规范化护理在无充气经腋窝腔镜甲状腺切除手术患者中的应用效果。方法本次研究对象为100例在我院行无充气经腋窝腔镜甲状腺切除手术的患者，均就诊于2020年3月-2021年4月期间。按照随机原则，按照患者入院时间将其分为观察组（50例）和对照组（50例）。对照组患者采取常规护理，观察组患者则采取规范化护理，对两组患者的护理效果进行对比和分析。结果护理干预后，观察组患者的SAS 和SDS 评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；护理后，观察组患者的治疗费用低于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，Kolcabal评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在无充气经腋窝腔镜甲状腺切除手术中采取规范化护理方案可有效减轻患者的负面情绪，提升围术期的舒适度，缩短住院时间，减轻经济负担，值得应用和推广。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application effect of standardized nursing in patients undergoing non-inflatable transaxillary endoscopic thyroidectomy. Methods The subjects of this study were 100 patients who underwent non-inflatable transaxillary endoscopic thyroidectomy in our hospital during March 2020 to April 2021. According to the principle of randomization, patients were divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases) according to the time of admission. Control group patients take routine nursing, observation group patients take standardized nursing, the nursing effect of two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results After nursing intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of observation group were lower than those of control group (P < 0.05); After nursing, the treatment cost, hospital stay and Kolcabal score of observation group were lower than control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The standardized nursing plan in the non-inflatable transaxillary endoscopic thyroidectomy can effectively reduce the negative emotions of patients, improve the comfort of perioperative period, shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce the economic burden, and is worthy of application and promotion.
