摘要
分析 PBL 与情景教学结合模式在脊柱专科临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法 选取 2022.06-2023.06 月于我院脊柱专科进行实习的 36 名护理实习生作为研究对象,将其按照实习先后顺序分为对照 组(18 名,采用传统教学法)与观察组(18 名,采用 PBL 与情景教学结合模式教学法)。对两组教学效果进行 对比分析。结果 观察组采用 PBL 与情景教学结合模式教学法后,其考核成绩、思维能力评分、教学满意度均优 于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在脊柱专科临床护理带教中应用基 PBL 与情景教学结合模式 教学法能取得较佳的效果,可有效提高护理实习生考核成绩,提升其思维能力,从而提高教学满意度。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of the combination of PBL and situational teaching mode in clinical nursing teaching of spinal specialty. Method A total of 36 nursing interns who interned in our spinal department from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into a control group (18 students, using traditional teaching methods) and an observation group (18 students, using a combination of PBL and situational teaching methods) according to the order of their internships. Compare and analyze the teaching effects of two groups. Result After using the combination of PBL and situational teaching method in the observation group, their assessment scores, thinking ability scores, and teaching satisfaction were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of basic PBL and situational teaching mode in clinical nursing teaching of spinal specialty can achieve better results, effectively improve the assessment scores of nursing interns, enhance their thinking ability, and thus improve teaching satisfaction.
