Objective To analyze the effectiveness of high-quality nursing in improving nursing satisfaction of infertile patients. Method 78 patients who received infertility treatment in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects. All patients were sorted, with the odd number being the control group and the double number being the study group, with 39 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, while the study group received high-quality care. The psychological improvement, health knowledge awareness, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients before and after nursing were compared. Result Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the scores between the two groups of patients (P>0.05); After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); The scores of physiological knowledge, disease understanding, treatment process, and daily life management knowledge in the research group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); The research group showed higher satisfaction with this nursing care (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing high-quality nursing during the nursing period of infertile patients can help improve their understanding of relevant disease knowledge, alleviate their negative mentality, and have important value in improving patient satisfaction with nursing. It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
