摘要	探究分析妇科宫颈癌亚专科护理小组模式的构建与应用效果。方法选取于 2020 年 1 月至 2022 年 12 月，院内妇科相关护理人员共 18 例，以及患者共 102 例，作为本次研究对象。建立妇科宫颈癌亚专科护理小组，明确小组人员选拔方案，小组工作职责，小组管理模式以及小组培训方案。明确在应用妇科宫颈癌亚专科护理小组之后，院内的护理质量，相关护理人员核心能力。结果应用后优于应用前，P＜0.05。结论通过建立妇科宫颈癌亚专科护理小组，能够显著提升院内的护理质量以及相关护理人员核心能力，值得推广与应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore and analyze the construction and application effect of subspecialty nursing group model for gynecological cervical cancer. Methods From January 2020 to December 2022, a total of 18 gynecology-related nurses and 102 patients in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study. The sub-specialist nursing team of gynecological cervical cancer should be established, and the selection plan, work responsibilities, management model and training plan of the team should be defined. After the application of gynecological cervical cancer subspecialty nursing team, the quality of nursing in the hospital and the core competence of related nursing staff were defined. Results After application was better than before application, P<0.05. Conclusion The establishment of gynecological cervical cancer subspecialty nursing team can significantly improve the quality of nursing and the core competence of related nursing staff, which is worthy of promotion and application.
