心理护理在神经外科脑肿瘤患者护理中的研究

摘要	探究心理护理在神经外科脑肿瘤患者护理中的应用效果。方法将我院神经外科 2022.07 月 -2023.07 月收治的 72 例脑肿瘤患者纳入研究，通过随机数字表法分为试验组与参考组，每组 36 例。参考组进行常规护理，试验组加以心理护理，对比两组护理效果。结果试验组在采用心理护理后，其心理状态评分、并发症发生率、生活质量评分均优于参考组，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论在神经外科脑肿瘤患者护理过程中，心理护理可以获得较好的效果，可有效减少其负面情绪，降低并发症发风险，提升其生活质量。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing in the nursing of neurosurgical brain tumor patients. Method 72 patients with brain tumors admitted to the neurosurgery department of our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a reference group using a random number table method, with 36 patients in each group. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received psychological care, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Result After using psychological care, the experimental group showed better scores in terms of psychological status, incidence of complications, and quality of life compared to the reference group, with significant differences between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological care can achieve good results in the nursing process of neurosurgical brain tumor patients, effectively reducing their negative emotions, reducing the risk of complications, and improving their quality of life.
