Objective To explore the value of humanistic care in the treatment and nursing of spinal injuries. Method 100 patients who underwent spinal injury treatment in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to different nursing methods. Each group had 50 patients, and the control group received routine nursing intervention. On this basis, the observation group received humanistic care nursing intervention. Compare the psychological status, quality of life, and patient satisfaction of two groups after nursing intervention. Result The psychological state of the observation group after nursing intervention was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05); The quality of life in the observation group after nursing intervention was significantly higher than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (p<0.05); The patient satisfaction of the observation group after nursing intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion Humanistic care has a significant effect in the treatment and nursing of spinal cord injuries, which can effectively improve the psychological state of patients, improve their quality of life and satisfaction. It has high value and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
