摘要
分析高校教师常见慢性病患病率,并提出针对性的健康管理对策。方法 选取 2021 年 5 月~ 2023 年 5 月在高校任职的教职工 100 例,参与调研的高校教师均患有慢性病,采用问卷调查的方式了解患者的 基本信息,对患者进行相关检查,诊断疾病,统计男性和女性患慢性病的信息并对比。结果 对比不同性别高校 教师常见慢性病患病率情况,可以发现,心脏病、高血脂和其他类型疾病,男性的患病率要高于女性,差异具有 统计学意义,P<0.05。而高血压、糖尿病和高尿酸血症,男性和女性对比差异没有统计学意义,P>0.05。结论 需 重视高校教师的身心健康工作的建设,给教职工和个人及其家庭带来幸福,也为高校的改革和发展贡献力量。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the prevalence of common chronic diseases among college teachers and to propose targeted health management countermeasures. Methods A total of 100 cases of faculty and staff working in colleges and universities from May 2021~May 2023 were selected, and all university teachers who participated in the survey had chronic diseases, and the basic information of patients was understood by questionnaire survey, relevant examinations were carried out on patients, diseases were diagnosed, and the information of men and women suffering from chronic diseases was counted and compared. Results Compared with the prevalence of common chronic diseases among college teachers of different genders, it can be found that the prevalence of heart disease, hyperlipidemia and other types of diseases is higher in men than in women, and the difference is statistically significant, P<0.05. While hypertension, diabetes and hyperuricemia, the difference between men and women is not statistically significant, P>0.05. Conclusion It is necessary to pay attention to the construction of physical and mental health of college teachers, bring happiness to faculty members, individuals and their families, and contribute to the reform and development of colleges and universities.
