综合护理措施对非小细胞肺癌合并胸腔积液患者的影响

摘要	讨论对非小细胞肺癌且有胸腔积液的患者应用综合护理措施的作用。方法选择 2022 年 1 月至 2023 年 7 月在本院接受治疗的非小细胞肺癌且有胸腔积液的 50 例患者，以随机方式抽选为 2 组。对照组（25 例）常规护理措施干预，观察组（25 例）综合护理措施干预，对比两组护理后的 SDS 抑郁评分、SAS 焦虑评分、 KPS 功能状态评分和 COH－QOL－OQ 生活质量评分。结果观察组患者经过护理后的 SDS 抑郁评分、SAS 焦虑评分均低于对照组，且 KPS 功能状态评分和 COH－QOL－OQ 生活质量评分都高于对照组（p＜0.05）。结论对非小细胞肺癌且有胸腔积液的患者应用综合护理措施可以显著改善患者的心理状态，提高患者的生活质量水平，促进患者更好的恢复。
Abstract	Objective To discuss the effect of comprehensive nursing measures on patients with non-small cell lung cancer and Pleural effusion. Methods: 50 patients with non-small cell lung cancer and Pleural effusion who were treated in our hospital from January 2022 to July 2023 were randomly selected into two groups. The control group (25 cases) received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group (25 cases) received comprehensive nursing intervention. The SDS depression score, SAS anxiety score, KPS functional state score, and COH-QOL-OQ quality of life score were compared between the two groups after nursing. Result: After nursing, the SDS depression score and SAS anxiety score of the observation group patients were lower than those of the control group, and the KPS functional state score and COH-QOL-OQ quality of life score were higher than those of the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing measures for patients with non-small cell lung cancer and Pleural effusion can significantly improve their psychological status, improve their quality of life, and promote their better recovery.
