穴位按摩对脑震荡患者头痛护理的效果分析

摘要	分析穴位按摩对脑震荡患者头痛护理的效果分析。方法选取2022年4月--2023年4月入住我科脑震荡引发头痛患者，用随机分组的方式分为A组对照组和B组实验组，A组实施常规护理，B组的患者使用穴位按摩进行护理，对比两组患者干预前和干预后的VAS疼痛评分以及住院时间和治疗次数和出院时间。结果实验组的患者治疗3d后头痛VAS评分明显低于对照组患者，且实验组的住院和出院的天数明显短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论穴位按摩可改善脑震荡患者疼痛症状，加快患者的康复进程，具有明显的医学意义。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of acupoint massage on headache care in patients with cerebral concussion. Methods: Patients with headache caused by concussion who were admitted to our department from April 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into group A, control group, and group B, experimental group. Group A received routine nursing care, while group B received acupoint massage for nursing care. The VAS pain scores, length of stay, number of treatments, and time of discharge of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were compared. Results: After 3 days of treatment, the VAS score of headache in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the days of hospitalization and discharge in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, with significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint massage can improve the pain symptoms of patients with cerebral concussion, accelerate the rehabilitation process of patients, and has significant medical significance.
