| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of applying humanized nursing intervention on patients psychological state and satisfaction. Methods: 80 patients admitted to our hospital as the study from February 2021 to 2 February 2023, according to the data were divided into control group (n=40) and experimental group (n=40), routine nursing into control group, humanized nursing into the experimental group, psychological state score (SAS anxiety score and SDS depression score), patient nursing satisfaction, nursing disputes, and nursing risk events. Results: Before the implementation of the nursing care, The difference between the two groups (P> 0.05), After the nursing intervention, Then evaluate the SAS scale and SDS scale, The results showed lower scores of both scales in the experimental group, The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); A comparison of nursing satisfaction shows that, Patients in the experimental group were higher in their satisfaction with the care, The difference was statistically significant (χ2=5.000, P=0.025); The incidence of nurse-patient disputes (2.50%) and the incidence of nursing risk events (0.00%) were lower than that of the control group (17.50% and 10.00%) (χ2=4.211, P=0.040; χ2=5.000, P=0.025). Conclusion: In the emergency department nursing, the implementation of humanized nursing intervention has a remarkable effect, which is conducive to improving the negative emotions of emergency patients, building a good nurse-patient relationship, reducing the occurrence of nursing risk events and nurse-patient disputes, and patients are more satisfied with this nursing mode, which has high promotion value.
