摘要	探讨在急诊科患者中应用结构化急诊护理路径的重要作用。方法将12例急诊科患者随机分为常规组和急诊组各6例，其中常规组患者采用常规急诊护理路径进行抢救，急救组采用结构化急诊护理路径进抢救，分析不同急诊护理路径的应用价值。结果急救组患者对急诊护理路径的满意度、医疗不良事件发生率、急诊抢救成功率均明显高（低）于常规组（P＜0.05）。结论结构化急诊护理路径在急诊科患者抢救护理中应用效果更加显著，值得推荐应用。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the important role of structured emergency nursing pathway in emergency department patients. Methods: 12 patients in the emergency department were randomly divided into the conventional group and the emergency group with 6 patients each. The conventional group patients were rescued by the conventional emergency nursing path, and the emergency group patients were rescued by the structured emergency nursing path. The application value of different emergency nursing paths was analyzed. Results: The satisfaction of emergency nursing path, the incidence of adverse medical events and the success rate of emergency rescue in the emergency group were significantly higher (lower) than those in the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of structured emergency nursing pathway in emergency department patients rescue nursing is more effective and worthy of recommendation.
