摘要
探究并发症模拟体验教育模式对原发性高血压患者自我管理行为的影响。方法 选取我院2022年1月-2022年12月间收治的原发性高血压患者100例,随机分组为对照组(50例,进行常规护理)和观察组(50例,在常规护理的基础上,进行并发症模拟体验教育)。对比两组护理干预后的生活能力评分、并发症发生率以及病人的满意度。结果 观察组护理干预后的生活能力评分明显高于对照组,并发症发生率则低于对照组,病人的满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 并发症模拟体验教育模式对原发性高血压患者自我管理行为有显著影响,能够有效的提高病人的生活质量,降低并发症的发生率,同时提高病人的满意度,值得推广应用。
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of the complication simulation experience education model on self-management behavior of patients with primary hypertension. Methods 100 patients with primary hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into a control group (50 cases, receiving routine care) and an observation group (50 cases, receiving complication simulation experience education on the basis of routine care). Compare the life ability scores, incidence of complications, and patient satisfaction between two groups of nursing interventions. Results The life ability score of the observation group after nursing intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group, while the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group. The satisfaction of patients was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion The complication simulation experience education model has a significant impact on the self-management behavior of patients with primary hypertension, which can effectively improve their quality of life, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve patient satisfaction. It is worth promoting and applying.
