Objective To explore the application effect of optimizing the kindergarten experience service system in childrens health care. Methods During the period from January 2022 to January 2023, the physical examination service system of our hospital was optimized. During this period, 300 new students were randomly selected as the study object and were selected as the observation group. Then, the data of 300 new students admitted to our hospital during the period from January 2021 to December 2021 when the physical examination service system was not optimized were collected and reviewed as the control group. The health examination rate and system management rate of the two groups of children were observed and compared, as well as the satisfaction degree of childrens parents and the degree of parents mastery of childrens health knowledge. Results The physical examination rate and system management rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the satisfaction degree of childrens parents and the mastery of childrens health knowledge were also higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05). Conclusion Optimizing the physical examination service system can effectively improve the physical examination rate and system management rate of childrens health care, and can significantly improve parents satisfaction with the physical examination service and the mastery of childrens health care knowledge, which is worthy of popularization and application.
