摘要	探讨针对性护理在重度颅脑损伤患者中的应用。方法将我院2022年1月-2022年12月80例重度颅脑损伤患者，抽签法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施针对性护理。比较两组护理前后神经功能缺损得分、满意度。结果实验组神经功能缺损得分低于对照组，满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论重度颅脑损伤患者实施针对性护理效果确切，可减轻患者神经损害，提高满意度。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the application of targeted nursing care in patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods: From January 2022 to December 2022, 80 patients with severe craniocerebral injury in our hospital were divided into two groups by drawing lots. The control group was given routine nursing, while the experimental group was given targeted nursing. Compare the scores of neurological deficits and satisfaction between the two groups before and after nursing. Results: The score of neurological deficits in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the satisfaction degree was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Targeted nursing for patients with severe craniocerebral injury has a definite effect, can reduce neurological damage and improve satisfaction.
