神经内科护理中康复护理对于脑卒中患者治疗的临床效果

摘要	就脑卒中患者实施神经内科护理中康复护理，分析患者的病情改善效果。方法将2022年1月至2022年12月收入本院的90例脑卒中患者作为研究对象，按照随机数表法分为2组，对照组为常规护理，观察组为神经内科护理中康复护理，对比干预效果。结果从数据可见，在干预3个月、6个月后观察组独立生活能力和肢体运动能力得分高于对照组（P＜0.05），干预6个月后对两组患者进行随访，观察组生存质量评分高于对照组，存在统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论针对脑卒中患者，为其实施神经内科护理中康复护理有助于提高生活质量和肢体运动能力，故具备推广、应用价值。
Abstract	Objective: To implement rehabilitation nursing in neurology nursing for patients with cerebral apoplexy, and to analyze the improvement results of patients condition. Methods: 90 patients with cerebral apoplexy admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were divided into 2 groups according to random number table method. The control group was routine nursing, and the observation group was rehabilitation nursing in neurology nursing, and the results of intervention were compared. Results: It can be seen from the data that the scores of independent living ability and limb movement ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after 3 and 6 months of intervention (P < 0.05). After 6 months of intervention, the scores of quality of life of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, with statistical difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: For stroke patients, rehabilitation nursing for the implementation of neurology nursing is helpful to improve the quality of life and limb movement ability, so it has the value of popularization and application.
