Objective To observe the effect of midwifery nursing on Postpartum bleeding and explore its nursing effect. Method 70 pregnant women who entered the hospital from June 2018 to June 2023 were selected as research examples. They were randomly divided into groups using a computer random number table method, with 35 cases each included. The study group received midwifery nursing intervention, while the control group received traditional nursing intervention. Record and compare the nursing value between groups. Result The rate of spontaneous labor in the study group was higher than that in the control group; The cesarean section rate was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in pain scores and psychological status scores between the study group and the control group before nursing care for the two groups of postpartum women (P>0.05). After group nursing, the pain score and psychological state score of the postpartum women in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and there was no statistically significant difference in data comparison, P<0.05. Conclusion The effect of midwifery nursing mode in delivery room is more significant after application, which can reduce pain, reduce the occurrence of Postpartum bleeding, and improve the prognosis.
